F1 23: 2023 F2 Season Cars Now Available

F1 23 Revamps Itself with the Introductions in All Grid Cars, while Introducing the Upgraded Pre-F1 Category for the 2023 Season. The online game surely resembles the on-track action of this year’s F2.

Electronic Arts Inc. presents a series of game updates and real-world items in EA SPORTS™ F1® 23. Players can already enjoy the list of Formula 2™ drivers and cars for 2023, along with the highly anticipated sports update. Both updates, available immediately, bring new career opportunities and modified car designs, getting players closer to the sport they love.

“We’ve closely collaborated with Formula 1 teams to present our enhanced Sports Update. Each team has made unique modifications to the cars, which we’ve faithfully recreated to ensure fans enjoy the most authentic F1 racing experience. Additionally, we’re delighted to announce that players can now partake in the thrilling 14-round Formula 2 season, opening up a new list of competitors and challenges,” said Lee Mather, Senior Creative Director at Codemasters.

Focused on the multitude of changes introduced by each of the F1® teams throughout the season, the Sports Update varies from one garage to another and includes sponsor updates, colors, vehicles, and bodywork. The complete list of changes can be seen here.

The 2023 Formula 2™ season, featuring renowned drivers and newcomers like Théo Pourchaire, Frederik Vesti, Ayumu Iwasa, Arthur Leclerc, and Enzo Fittipaldi, promises action-packed races and intense competition. Players can participate in F2™ events within Career, F1® World, and Multiplayer modes.

F1 23 players can look forward to more exciting additions this week. The recently announced livery, driver suit, and Haas ‘Home Race’ boots, designed for the team to wear at the FORMULA 1 LENOVO UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX 2023, will be awarded to those who complete the Nico Hulkenberg Scenario Event from October 17 to 23*. “We’re thrilled to celebrate a home race week with this collaboration with EA SPORTS F1 23, our first with the team. It’s been a pleasure working with EA SPORTS, and we hope players enjoy completing the challenge to access our special livery,” said Mark Morrell, Marketing Director of MoneyGram Haas F1 Team.

Throughout the week, another team’s car livery will also be added to the game. Driver scores will be updated on October 19 to better represent real-life performances in Singapore, Japan, and Qatar, and F1 Esports champions, including Lucas Blakeley, the current champion of the Formula 1® Esports Series 2022, will make their debut as My Team icons starting today.

The release date was on June 16 for platforms such as Xbox Series X, Playstation 5, or PC.”
