It’s time for another all-new iRacing build for 2025 Season 2! This release features three new cars, a freshly rebuilt Legends car, one new track, track art and 3D curb updates to numerous circuits, and much more. Check out some of the highlights here:
- ARCA Menards Series cars: Three all-new ARCA cars—the Chevrolet SS, Ford Mustang, and Toyota Camry—take over as our newest set of stock cars.
- Portland International Raceway: Home to IndyCar and the NASCAR Xfinity Series in the real world, of the top tracks in the Pacific Northwest joins the sim.
- Legends Ford ’34 Coupe: One of iRacing’s most popular base package cars gets a complete overhaul, from physics and performance to art and audio. It’s even rain-ready for road course racing!
- NASCAR Tracks Art Overhauls: Bristol, Darlington, Dover, Homestead, Iowa, Kansas, and Las Vegas have received full artistic overhauls for Season 2.
- 3D Curbs: An international slate of tracks with overhauled curbs includes Jerez, Kansas, Aragon, Rudskogen, Sandown, and Winton.
- GTP and LMP2 Tire Updates: Significant updates to the parameters for prototype tires provide a more realistic racing experience.
- Official Series Redesign: An all-new series page provides more information than ever, including the addition of series analytics and heatmaps to refreshed schedule, results, and standings pages.
- Connection Black Flag: Select Official Series will see a new system that removes racers with unstable connections from races, teleporting them to the pits until their connection improves.
- Local Course Debris Cautions: The latest element of our track debris refresh system adds informational local yellows when new debris is added to the course.
- Universal Lighting Updates: Our updated lighting system better integrates the environment with the sky and weather conditions.
- AI Racing: Alongside Portland, new AI additions include the Dallara iR-01 and multiple layouts for Daytona (NASCAR Road, Moto, Short) and Mid-Ohio (Chicane, Short). In addition, opponent cars have received major visual updates including more variance in color, sponsor, and car number combinations.
