Raceroom – ADAC GT MASTERS ESPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP

RaceRoom is once again partnering with the ADAC to bring us this GT3 championship in the simulator, with a prize of $85,000 to be shared among the best. There are 20 drivers already qualified for the regular championship, but for each race 4 more positions will be opened for all RaceRoom users, who will have to qualify and be among the best 4 times.

The cars to be used will be the GT3, specifically the following ones: Audi R8 LMS GT3, BMW M6 GT3, Callaway Corvette C7R GT3, Mercedes AMG GT3 and the Porsche 911 GT3 R (2019). All will have their respective BoPs to balance out the cars’ performances.

The championship will be played in 7 rounds, which will be held in the following calendar:

All races will be 40 minutes apart, and the final date will have two 40-minute races, making a total of 8 races on 7 dates. The third and final date will be live races in the Hockenheim and Oschersleben paddocks respectively. For these events, ADAC will incur some costs.

Those who wish to qualify for the races will be able to do so 15 days before each race and will have 7 days to register their best time. The track and car to be used for each qualifying event will be unlocked by RaceRoom, so you don’t have to buy any content to qualify for the races. However, if you qualify for the race, you will have to buy both the car you will use and the circuit where the event will take place.

However, people who qualify for the races outside of the 20 regular season drivers will not be able to score points for the championship and will not be eligible for the prizes that will be awarded at the end of the season.

It should also be clarified that only people who have reached the age of 16 before 15 July 2020 can take part in the races, and people who are under 18 by that date will have to take their representative to the live races.
